Denis-Emmanuel Philippe is advocaat aan de balie van Brussel en docent aan de Universiteit van Luik; hij schrijft en spreekt onophoudelijk over Belgisch en internationaal fiscaal recht — maar die output lag verspreid over juridische tijdschriften, de pers, seminaries en sociale media, zonder een eigen thuisbasis. De opdracht was om hem die te geven: geen kantoorpagina, maar een persoonlijke site die alles wat hij publiceert samenbrengt op één gezaghebbende plek en zijn aanwezigheid op het web en sociale media voedt. Een plek waar zijn analyses, media-optredens, video’s, academische publicaties en evenementen samenkomen en actueel blijven naarmate hij blijft publiceren.
Ik heb de site ontworpen en gebouwd op WordPress met Divi — template, vormgeving en logo volledig van mijn hand. De structuur weerspiegelt zijn manier van werken: aparte stromen voor zijn fiscale actualiteitscommentaren, zijn optredens in pers en media, zijn video’s en podcasts, zijn academische publicaties, zijn evenementen en zijn boeken, met een homepage die de recentste bijdragen uit elke stroom samenbrengt in één overzicht. Denis-Emmanuel is advocaat aan de balie van Brussel en vennoot bij Bloom Law, en doceert aan de Universiteit van Luik; hij is gespecialiseerd in internationale fiscale planning, beleggingsfiscaliteit, buitenlandse structuren en reorganisaties — vandaar een bewust sober en typografisch gedreven ontwerp dat dichte juridische materie helder laat lezen. Alles draait op managed hosting, actueel en veilig gehouden terwijl hij zich op het schrijven concentreert.
Hij heeft nu één professionele thuisbasis voor alles wat hij produceert — en een aanwezigheid die zich opbouwt. Elk nieuw artikel, elke video en elk media-optreden komt in zijn eigen stroom terecht en verschijnt automatisch op de homepage: de site blijft leven zonder extra inspanning, en zijn aanwezigheid op het web en sociale media bouwt voort op een fundament dat hij zelf in handen heeft, in plaats van enkel op platformen van derden te bestaan.

[ CONTACT FORM ] When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
[ SUPPORT FORM ] Support requests are processed through Zammad, hosted on servers in Germany (EU). When you submit a request, Zammad automatically creates a user account linked to your email address to manage the ticket relationship. You will receive a confirmation email with your login details. Legal basis: contractual necessity for existing clients, legitimate interest for prospects.
[ BOOKING ] Consultation bookings are processed through Meetergo, hosted on servers in Germany (EU). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request.

[ 02 ] — SCOPE
These conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and services provided by Webographics Comm. V, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. By signing or approving a quote, the client accepts these conditions in full.
[ 03 ] — QUOTES AND AGREEMENT
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quote becomes binding once signed or approved in writing by the client. Prices exclude Belgian VAT (21%) unless indicated otherwise.
[ 04 ] — PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 30% of the total project value is due before any work commences. Work will not begin until this deposit is received and cleared. The remaining 70% is due upon delivery, before the website is made publicly accessible.
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments bear interest at the Belgian statutory rate plus 10% penalty, automatically and without prior notice, per the Belgian Law of 2 August 2002.
[ 05 ] — REVISIONS
Two rounds of revisions are included in all project quotes. A revision round is a consolidated set of changes communicated in a single feedback session. Additional rounds are billed at 85 EUR/hour.
[ 06 ] — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for providing all required content, materials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client input may extend the project timeline without liability to Webographics Comm. V.
If a project is stalled due to lack of client response for more than 30 consecutive days, Webographics Comm. V reserves the right to suspend the project. Reactivation may be subject to a reactivation fee. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
[ 07 ] — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All design work, code and assets created by Webographics Comm. V remain our intellectual property until payment in full has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual licence to use the delivered website for their stated business purpose.
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
[ 08 ] — HOSTING AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Webographics Comm. V provides hosting exclusively through its own Combell reseller infrastructure. All client websites are hosted on Belgian Combell servers as a condition of service. Domain redirects can be configured to point to Combell infrastructure if the client manages their own DNS.
[ 09 ] — ACCESS AND CONTROL
Upon delivery, the client receives a WordPress user account with appropriate access rights. Administrator-level access is retained by Webographics Comm. V for maintenance, security and update purposes.
[ 10 ] — LIABILITY
Webographics Comm. V is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data loss or business interruption. Total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the project concerned. We are not responsible for content provided by the client or third-party services integrated at the client request.
[ 11 ] — CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary information shared during a project. This obligation survives the end of the project for 2 years.
[ 12 ] — GOVERNING LAW
These conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the arrondissement of Brussels.
